Faculty develops new Millennial Faculty Learning Community

Shelbee NguyenVoges, assistant professor of Education, Nyasha M. GuramatunhuCooper, assistant professor of Leadership Studies, and Jennifer Purcell, assistant professor of Leadership Studies will be participating in an interdisciplinary faculty learning community for millennial faculty during the fall 2015-2016 academic year.

The purpose of the learning community is to examine the relationship between millennial faculty and millennial students through a reflection of critical incidents in the classroom. In this faculty learning community, participants will review existing scholarship and shared narratives to identify teaching practices and institutional support that meet the needs of both millennial students and millennial faculty.
