Another successful semester for Conversation Partners

This semester, the Conversation Partners Program has 234 participants from 44 countries. Thirty-seven of those participants are from the Marietta campus.
The Conversation Partners Program has been matching native English-speaking faculty, staff, and students with international students in a mutual exchange of languages, cultures, and friendship for over 15 years. Each fall and spring semester, the program makes an important contribution to the internationalization of Kennesaw State University.
“We look forward to even greater numbers of participants on the Marietta campus in the years to come and are grateful for the support this semester of our faculty colleagues including Ken Hill, Todd Shinholster, May Gao, Allison Garefino, Bo Kyoung Kim, Jeongyi Lee and many others, and for the invaluable contributions of the ESL Center’s Brenda Wilson and Katherine Taylor,” said David Schmidt, the center’s director.
