Talent has no bounds at the Leven School of Culinary Sustainability and Hospitality—especially for a student, Alex Idov.

Idov, a student in CSH program and an Orthodox Jew, has proclaimed himself as a kosherologist. Idov not only has a passion for all things kosher, but he also loves to share his awesome kosher recipes, unique insights, and kosher history.

As part of a class project Nov. 18 Idov presented Kosh Atlanta, a kosher pop-up restaurant at Chabad of Cobb. Unlike his fellow classmates’ projects that were hosted on campus, Idov’s meal preparation required a kitchen and supplies conducive to cooking and preparing a kosher meal.

In his December 2015 blog, Idov shares several unique recipes, insights into culinary school, life, kosher/Jewish food nostalgia, and what he describes as random thoughts.

Please visit his website and prepare to be impressed.
