Turbo Pots graciously donated a set of their award winning and energy efficient cookware to the Michael A. Leven School of Culinary Sustainability and Hospitality.

Turbo Pots’ patented advanced technology improves the heat transfer from flame to cookware, resulting in reduced heat-up time and energy loss. The Leven School students and chefs will be able to test and compare the energy efficient cookware in their classes and while they prepare for the ever popular student-run pop-up restaurants.
