Davis moderates for comic book convention
 

Jim Davis, associate professor of Theatre & Performance Studies, moderated two panels at Fried Pie Con, a comic book convention sponsored by Fried Pie Comics.

 

Davis published and presented research at national academic conferences on the intersection of performance and popular culture. Davis is seen here with artist Kate Kasenow, Ian McGinty, creator of Welcome to Showside, Jen Van Meter, author of numerous titles of CD and Marvel Comics, and Brenden Fletcher, author of Batgirl, Gotham Academy, and Power Rangers: Pink.
