Culinary Sustainability and Hospitality major awarded scholarship

Monique Allen, a Culinary Sustainability and Hospitality major, received a Spring 2016 scholarship award.

 

Allen was awarded a $3,000 scholarship for Spring 2016 from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.  The foundation offers scholarships to students pursuing an education in culinary arts, restaurant, foodservice or hospitality related major.
