Marvil's spirits course includes distillery field trips

According to a recent Atlanta Business Chronicle article, Charles Marvil, instructor, Michael A. Leven School of Culinary, Sustainability and Hospitality, teaches the coolest course on campus.
Marvil teaches a course titled, “Spirits, Beers and Brews.” The course combines academics and fun. In addition to quizzes and written projects, it includes field trips to a local brewery and distillery.
Marvil also teaches other courses that focus on logistics and supply chain, beverage operations management, and food and beverage purchasing.
