CSH students to receive Hampton Creek fellowships

Representatives from Chartwells Higher Education Dining Service will visit our campus to speak with Culinary Sustainability and Hospitality (CSH) students about the Hampton Creek Fellows program on March 7.
Christian Hardigree, director of the Leven School, announced earlier this month that she successfully secured five student slots to participate in the annual one-week fellows program. As part of their fellowship, the five CSH students will receive an all-expense paid trip to the Hampton Creek culinary campus in San Francisco where they will be assigned a mentor and a project in order to learn new approaches and new skills.
“This is an exciting opportunity for our students, so please start talking it up with them.” said Hardigree. For more information about the program, visit http://www.creekfellows.com/.
