CSH student awarded a $3,000 NAMI scholarship award

Culinary, Sustainability and Hospitality (CSH) program major and senior, Monique Allen, was awarded the NAMI scholarship award.
​
"My passion is to become a successful Entrepreneur in the Culinary Industry. My career goal is to grow my bakery business called Daisy Flour's Signature Sweets. I am selling my vegan and gluten free granola bars at some local festivals in Roswell, GA," said Allen.
​
Allen aspires to eventually have her granola bars sold in fine grocery stores around the world.
