Leven School Lecturer Chef Thorir Erlingsson served as a celebrity guest for the 1st Great Southern Food Truck Rally on Aug. 27.

​The 1st Annual Great Southern Food Truck Rally is a celebration of the best food trucks from Atlanta and the regional Southeast. This one-day event was held at Kennesaw State University’s Sports and Entertainment Park.

At the event, food fans could choose to purchase sample-sized options or enjoy a full meal from more than 40 food trucks. Patrons were treated to live music from the region’s best bands, lawn games, sponsor activities, and more.
